Tour Itinerary

DAY 1: HANOI ARRIVAL

Pickup upon arrival in Hanoi and transfer to the city centre to check-in. Overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 2: HANOI - HA LONG BAY CRUISE (B,L,D)

Drive through green rice paddy fields to Ha Long Bay. You will board a junk for a cruise among the hundreds of islets of Ha Long Bay. Enjoy a seafood lunch and a swim (if weather permits) before visiting a grotto of gigantic stalactites and stalagmites. Drop anchor in the late evening for an overnight stay among the dramatic limestone peaks rising out of the sea.

DAY 3: HA LONG BAY - BOAT CRUISE - HANOI (B,L)

Spend the morning cruising through the limestone cliffs and emerald waters of Ha Long Bay before returning to the wharf.  Our bus will take you back to Hanoi.

DAY 4: HANOI - AIRPORT TRANSFER - FLIGHT TO HCMC - PICK UP - CHECK IN HOTEL (B )

After breakfast at your hotel and you are free till airport transfer. Today, you will have a flight to Ho Chi Minh city and stay overnight at the most touristic area of Ho Chi Minh City.

DAY 5: SAIGON - MEKONG DELTA (B/L/)

8:am, our tour guide welcome you at your hotel, then transfer to the City of My Tho by bus. During 2hours bus drive to My Tho you will have chance to see many activities of local people while travel along the road and enjoy nice scenery of green rice paddy fields. We stop at Ben Luc in Long An province to visit a Cao Dai temple- the unique religion of Vietnam, taking pictures, listen to the guide explain about the temple architecture and Cao Dai religion philosophy.

Continue going to My Tho, where we take a boat trip along Mekong River by motor-boat. During a boat cruise along Mekong River you will have a chance to see fish cages, floating house and the activities on the River.

The boat take you to Xep canal, where is the place you totally escape from the busy town. The boat cruise in the coconut trees canal takes you to a small islet. We disembark and have a walk around the village. Stop at a local family to enjoy tropical fruit, taste honey tea, honey wine and listen to Vietnamese traditional music, performance by the villagers.

Continue walking on the village’s road and have a horse cart trip along village road. Get off for a rowing boat in the small canal to the motor-boat and then head to the restaurant on the other islet. Lunch is set with special Vietnamese food at a local family.

Enjoy lunch under tree shadow you will feel the life is so beautiful.

Back to Ho Chi Minh in the afternoon. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 6: SAIGON - CU CHI TUNNELS  (B) 

08:30 Pick up at your hotel. Excursion Cu Chi Tunnels, an underground tunnels network constructed by Vietnamese fighters during the struggle for independence. It took about 25 years to build this underground city, which has living rooms, kitchens, hospitals, weapon factories, storage facilities and command centre. The tunnel system was an excellent way for the Vietcong to move around the countryside undetected by the Americans and home to around 10,000 people who lived underground for several years.

Before we go underground, we watch a short introductory video showing how the tunnels were constructed. We then spend the next hour exploring the maze of tunnels. Also on display are various mantraps and the remains of an American tank as well as numerous bomb craters made by 500 pound bombs dropped by B52 bombers. We then drive back to Ho Chi Minh City, arriving at approximately 13.00pm. Free time in the afternoon for discover the town by yourself.

DAY 7: SAIGON - PHNOM PENH (-)

7:00am pick up at the hotel and transfer to the bus for a bus trip to Phnom Penh.

On arrival, you will be welcome by our tour guide and transfer to hotel.  Overnight in Phnom Penh.

DAY 8: PHNOM PENH FREE DAY(B)

This day you have a free day  for relax or discover the town by yourself.

DAY 9: PHNOM PENH - SIEM REAP BY BUS           (B)

Breakfast at hotel. You will be transferred by Bus (Tourist’s public bus) from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap (314 Km=6 Hours) passing through three provinces, Kandal, Kampung Cham and KomPung Thom.  On arrival, you will be met by our tour guide in Siem Reap and transferred to hotel.

Free time in the afternoon.

DAY10: ANGKOR TEMPLE  FULLDAY TOUR     (B, L)

Breakfast at hotel

Visit south gate of Angkor Thom with two rows of its huge statues of demons and gods depicting the churning of the ocean of milk arranged on both sides of stone bridge and Bayon temple, a forest of heads, built in late of12th century by king Jayavarman VI as a Buddhist state temple. Then, visit terrace of elephant, which used to be a base for the king’s grand audience hall; Terrace of Leper king supposed that it was a terrace housed the royal crematory. Then you will visit an amazing view of Ta prohm Temple which has been deliberately left as it was discovered. At Ta Prohm kapok trees clasp the sanctuaries in their mighty roots.

Afternoon, visit Angkor Wat a World Heritage Site since 1992, famous for its beauty and splendor. Angkor Wat features the longest continuous bas-relief in the world, which runs along the outer gallery walls and narrates stories from Hindu mythology. If time and energy permit, we will visit some nearby temples such as Pre Rup temple, NeakPean and Preah Khan. Overnight in Siem Reap.

DAY 11: SIEM REAP - BANGKOK (B)

Free time till transfer to the airport for a flight from Siem Reap to Bangkok.

Arrive into bustling Bangkok and transfer to your hotel. Relax at your hote.

DAY 12: HALF DAY BANGKOK CITY TEMPLE TOUR (B)

Breakfast at hotel and then sightseeing tour to visit: At first visit to Wat Traimit, the Temple of the Golden Buddha, the temple is famous for its 900-years old five-and-a-half-ton solid gold image, and then continue to visit Wat Arun, perhaps better known as the Temple of the Dawn, is one of the best known landmarks and one of the most published images of Bangkok. After that, visit to Wat Po, the largest and oldest temple in Bangkok, as well as the largest single Buddha image: the Reclining Buddha (Phra Buddhasaiyas), also known as Wat Phra Chetuphon or The Temple of the Reclining Buddha. The temple is also known as the birthplace of traditional Thai massage Reclining Buddha. After this place we back to the hotel and free at leisure in the afternoon.

DAY 13: BANGKOK - CHIANG MAI  (B) 

After checking out of the hotel this morning the tour will head to Donmuang/Suvarnabhumi airport for a flight to Chiang Mai. Once arrived in Chiang Mai transfer to the hotel for check in. Enjoy the rest of the day free at leisure.

DAY 14: CHIANG MAI - GOLDEN TRIANGLE (B) 

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel this morning before an early 7:00am pick up for the Golden Triangle day trip. Start with a visit to some hot springs on the way to the ancient city of Chiang Saen. Next head to the Golden Triangle, the point where the three boarders of Thailand, Laos and Myanmar meet. Enjoy lunch at the Golden Triangle before continuing the tour to Mae Sai, the Thailand and Myanmar border city. On the way back to Chiang Mai visit the Akha and Yao Hill Tribe Village. 

Overnight in Chiang Mai at The Maninarakorn Hotel or similar hotel. 

DAY 15: CHIANG MAI – DEPARTURE. (B)

Breakfast at hotel, then free at leisure till time transfer to the airport  for departure. Services end.
