DAY 1: HANOI ARRIVAL (no meal, no tour guide)

Pickup upon arrival in Hanoi and transfer to the city centre to check-in then free ai leisure. Overnight Hanoi.

DAY 2: HANOI - HA LONG BAY CRUISE (B,L,D)

8:00am pick up at the hotel and depart to Halong bay, we drive through green rice paddy fields to Ha Long Bay. You will board a junk for a cruise among the hundreds of islets of Ha Long Bay. Enjoy a seafood lunch and a swim (if weather permits) before visiting a grotto of gigantic stalactites and stalagmites. Drop anchor in the late evening for an overnight stay among the dramatic limestone peaks rising out of the sea.

DAY 3 HA LONG BAY - BOAT CRUISE - HANOI (B,L)

Spend the morning cruising through the limestone cliffs and emerald waters of Ha Long Bay before returning to the wharf.  Our bus will take you back to Hanoi. Arrive in Hanoi around 5:00pm.

Overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 4: HANOI - SAIGON (B/-no guide)

Breakfast at the hotel and then transfer to the airport for flight to Ho Chi Minh city (Saigon).
Welcomed by our driver in Saigon and transfer for check-in hotel.

Free time at in the afternoon.

DAY 5: SAIGON - MEKONG DELTA (B/L/-)

8:am  our tour guide welcome you at your hotel, then transfer to the City of My Tho by bus. During 2hours bus drive to My Tho you will have chance to see many activities of local people while travel along the road and enjoy nice scenery of green rice paddy fields. We stop at Ben Luc in Long An province to visit a Cao Dai temple- the unique religion of Vietnam, taking pictures, listen to the guide explain about the temple architecture and Cao Dai religion philosophy.

Continue going to My Tho, where we take a boat trip along Mekong River by motor-boat. During a boat cruise along Mekong River you will have a chance to see fish cages, floating house and the activities on the River.

The boat take you to Xep canal, where is the place you totally escape from the busy town. The boat cruise in the coconut trees canal takes you to a small islet. We disembark and have a walk around the village. Stop at a local family to enjoy tropical fruit, taste honey tea, honey wine and listen to Vietnamese traditional music, performance by the villagers.

Continue walking on the village’s road and have a horse cart trip along village road. Get off for a rowing boat in the small canal to the motor-boat and then head to the restaurant on the other islet. Lunch is set with special Vietnamese food at a local family.

Enjoy lunch under tree shadow you will feel the life is so beautiful.

Back to Ho Chi Minh in the afternoon. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 6: SAIGON - CU CHI - SAI GON (B)

08:30am Pick up at your hotel. Excursion Cu Chi Tunnels, an underground tunnels network constructed by Vietnamese fighters during the struggle for independence. It took about 25 years to build this underground city, which has living rooms, kitchens, hospitals, weapon factories, storage facilities and command centre. The tunnel system was an excellent way for the Vietcong to move around the countryside undetected by the Americans and home to around 10,000 people who lived underground for several years.

Before we go underground, we watch a short introductory video showing how the tunnels were constructed. We then spend the next hour exploring the maze of tunnels. Also on display are various mantraps and the remains of an American tank as well as numerous bomb craters made by 500 pound bombs dropped by B52 bombers. We then drive back to Ho Chi Minh City, arriving at approximately 13.00pm. Lunch by your own. Free time in the afternoon for discover the town by yourself.

Day 7: SAIGON - PHNOM PENH                  (B/L/))

6:00am pick up at your hotel and transfer to Phnom Penh by big bus. Stop at the border for visa process and the continue going to Phnom penh.

 On arrival, you will be welcome by our tour guide and transfer to hotel. Lunch will be serving at the local restaurant.

Free time in the afternoon.

Overnight in Phnom Penh.

DAY 8: PHNOM PENH - GENOCIDES  (B, L)

Breakfast at hotel. After breakfast, you will explore the capital city with the bustling Central Market, the Independence Monument, WatOunalom. Set-Lunch at local restaurant. Then we continue our trip to the Tuol Sleng Prison Museum and the notorious “Killing Fields” of ChoeungEk, which provides a deep Insight into the painful rule of the Khmer Rouge.

DAY 9: PHNOM PENH - SIEM REAP BY BUS           (B, L)

Breakfast at hotel. You will be transferred by Bus (Tourist’s public bus) from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap (314 Km=6 Hours) passing through three provinces, Kandal, Kampung Cham and KomPung Thom.  On arrival, you will be met by our tour guide in Siem Reap and transferred to hotel. Late lunch will be serving at local restaurant.

Free time in the afternoon. Overnight in Siem Reap.

DAY 10: ANGKOR TEMPLES - BIG CIRCUIT     (B, L)

Breakfast at hotel

Visit south gate of Angkor Thom with two rows of its huge statues of demons and gods depicting the churning of the ocean of milk arranged on both sides of stone bridge and Bayon temple, a forest of heads, built in late of12th century by king Jayavarman VI as a Buddhist state temple. Then, visit terrace of elephant, which used to be a base for the king’s grand audience hall; Terrace of Leper king supposed that it was a terrace housed the royal crematory. Then you will visit an amazing view of Ta prohm Temple which has been deliberately left as it was discovered. At Ta Prohm kapok trees clasp the sanctuaries in their mighty roots.

Afternoon, visit Angkor Wat a World Heritage Site since 1992, famous for its beauty and splendor. Angkor Wat features the longest continuous bas-relief in the world, which runs along the outer gallery walls and narrates stories from Hindu mythology. If time and energy permit, we will visit some nearby temples such as Pre Rup temple, NeakPean and Preah Khan.

Overnight in Siem Reap.

DAY 11:  SIEM REAP - LAOS                      (B)

Breakfast at the hotel, free time until tranfser to the airport for flight to Luang prabang.

Welcome on arrival in Luang prabang and transfer to the hotel for checkin. Overnight in Luang Prabang.

DAY 12: LUANG PRABANG - PAK OU CAVE - KUANGSI WATERFALL (B,L)

After breakfast, embark on a two hour cruise in a long-tail boat on the Mekong River and visit the mysterious Pak Ou Caves. En route, typical Laotian villages are barely visible behind thick foliage. Wooden canoes bobbing by the shore attached to bamboo poles can be seen everywhere while floats mark the location of nets and fish traps. Arrive at Pak Ou and explore the sanctuaries which consist of two large caves. Both repositories house thousands of Buddha images, which range from mere centimetres to two meters in height. Returning to Luang Prabang by car.

In the afternoon drive south to one of Luang Prabang’s most picturesque sights, the Kuang Si waterfall. On arrival, take a leisurely hike through the national park towards the Kuang Si waterfall. For the more adventurous, continue to the top of the main waterfall where you may choose to swim in a large pool. Transfer back to your hotel by private vehicle. DAY 13: LUANG PRABANG CITY TOUR (B)

If you’re able to wake up before dawn (05:30am)  to witness and participate in offering alms to hundreds of saffron-robed monks – an awe-inspiring sight dating back generations in Laos. Optional walking through the morning market where all local products are being sold, watch the town come to life in the morning then return to the hotel for breakfast. (If you do not wish to make an offering, please keep an appropriate distance and observe the ritual in silence. Dress appropriately – shoulders, chest and legs should be covered).

After breakfast, start your visit to the Royal Palace, which is now a National Museum and houses the precious exhibits that used to be possessions of the former Laos Royal family. (Open from 8:30am to 11.30am and from 1.30pm to 3.30pm daily except on Tuesdays) Continue with the exploration of the main Buddhist temples of Luang Prabang including; Wat Visoun, a 16th century temple which serves as a small museum for religious artifacts; Wat Aham, built in the early 19th century temple and Wat Xiengthong, a 16th century temple which epitomizes all the elegance and grace of Luang Prabang architecture. Take the opportunity to interact with the monks at the Wat Mai temple before ending the day with a climb of 328 steps to the top of Phousi Hill. Where you can watch the sun set over Luang Prabang town and the two rivers and forested hills which form its natural borders. Free time in the afternoon.

1. What should I do if I want to book a tour but cannot pay immediately?

When watching tour on the websites, if you want to book a tour but cannot pay immediately, you can definitely book that tour in advance. We would record the tour on our system. Then we will contact you via email to discuss payment issues. And you need to pay in advance 30% of the invoice value to ensure that you will use our service.

2. How do I know that my booking is confirmed?

After you have booked our tour, there will be an automatic email sent to your email which you used to book your tour. It is a confirmation of our company to notify that the booking process have been successfully stored. Within 2 working days, our representative will make a conversation with you via email or telephone call. The itinerary along with detailed information about your tour will be specified during this process.

3. What if I have special requirements for the tour?

In our online booking form, there would be a blank box which is offered to the visitor, who has special needs. It so called Special Requirements. By filling this blank, you will be ensured that our company would try our best to make you the most comfortable days without worrying anything.

4. The manner and method of payment?

Manner:
You can pay at the time of booking confirmation.

Or for any reason that you cannot pay immediately, you can pay after successful booking confirmation. But you have to pay before the start of the tour at least 3 working days. (For the tour that starts no later than 3 days from the date of booking, you must pay immediately after successful confirmation of booking. Because we have to pay the costs necessary for you during the tour in advance (for example, hotel reservation cost, or entrance fees, and so on).

Method:
You can pay in cash at our office after successful confirmation of the booking on websites system, which is located at 18A Ngo Tat To street, Dong Da District, Hanoi, Vietnam.

If you are not in Vietnam, Vietnam or cannot come to our office, you can pay online via PayPal as soon as successful confirmation of booking. You only have to pay in advance 30 % of the total invoice value. This is used to pay for the necessary expenses (for example, hotel reservation and booking services need ...).

Change The Time of A Tour: Normally, we will not charge this change if you notify us 3 days before the starting day of the tour. Except hotel partner refuses to change (very rare), you have to pay additional costs to book hotels at the new time.

Change A Tour: We will calculate the different levels of the prices between the old tour and the new one, and the cost of the booked service in advance can be refunded or not (hotel booking fees). After that, we will you with the complete detail.

Cancel A Tour: Deciding to cancel the tour, you will pay a cost to tour cancelling services. This cost will depend on many factors, which may change from time to time (for example, how long does the notice time in comparison with starting day of the tour...)

10. Can I make a reservation for my friends or my family members?

Yes, you can. If you are a person who pays for and participates in the tour, you won’t need to worry about this. In case you want to make a reservation for your friends or family members, you should follow our instruction. In other words, this means you pay for it but you don’t come along with the tour. In that case, we offer you a blank space which is “Customer information”. That is the name of a person who pays for the tour. Right below that space, there is “How can we contact you in Vietnam”. Please fill in the blank with any person that you intend to book a tour for.
After completing the payment procedure online, you will receive an email in which a form is attached. Then, you fill in the form with the personal information of your friends or family members. After that, we can acknowledge all the necessary information.

11. Does my safety is secured when I pay online? Is it safer than traditional way?
