Jour 1. Arrivée à Hanoï et visite de la ville (30km – 40’) (D)
Accueil par le guide francophone et le chauffeur à l'aéroport et transfert en ville ou à l'hôtel (selon horaire d'arrivée).Tour panoramique de la ville ou visite de la pagode de Tran Quoc qui date du 6e siècle – pagode nationale à Hanoi très connue pour ces tours bouddhiques dans le jardin qu’on peut voir de loin, et puis de l'imposant du mausolée de l'oncle Ho Chi Minh avec sa maison sur pilotis, la pagode au pilier unique. Déjeuner libre. À l'après midi, visite du temple de littérature, symbole culturel de Hanoi datant du 11e siècle – temple pour Confucius mais aussi première université du Vietnam. Continuation de la visite avec une Promenade en cyclo-pousse (45’) en passant le long du lac de l’épée jusqu’au vieux quartier qui vous offre une autre émotion, une autre visite audio-visuelle à travers la physionomie occidentale du quartier français ainsi que l’aspect traditionnel du quartier des corporations. Pour bien terminer une belle journée, vous regardez le spectacle des marionnettes sur l'eau.

Jour 2. Hanoï – Along (B, L, D)
Vers 8h00, départ pour la Baie d'Along, à 180km de Hanoï environ (4h de route) en empruntant la route qui traverse plusieurs provinces et villes situés dans bassin du Fleuve Rouge et des paysages différents qui caractérisent le delta du Fleuve rouge. Embarquement sur la jonque en bois vers 12h30. Verre de bienvenue et puis installation dans la chambre. Déjeuner à bord vers 13h00 en navigation dans le cadre féérique de cette baie estimée comme l’un des plus beaux sites du monde : 1969 îles, îlots et rochers karstiques recouverts d’une végétation luxuriante, percés de centaines de grottes et émergeant d’une mer couleur de jade que sillonnent des sampans…. Durant la croisière, visite du village flottant de pêcheurs caché sous le pied des montagnes inondées. Promenade en petite embarcation autour du village. Retour à votre bateau de croisière, profitez du coucher du soleil pendant que la jonque se dirige vers le point d’ancrage ou temps libre avant le cours de cuisine. Cours de cuisine pour vous initier à la cuisine vietnamienne en préparant quelques plats typiques. Le dîner est servi à 19h30. Pêche aux calamars après dîner comme vous voulez.
Repas de fruits de mer. Nuit inoubliable à bord d’une confortable jonque avec la cabine privée.
Jour 3.Baie d’Along – envol pour Hue(3h30 + 1h de vol) (B, L)
Réveil à l’aurore pour contempler le lever du soleil. C’est un moment privilégié pour faire de la méditation et pour prendre un bain matinal dans la baie. Pâtisserie avec thé et café disponibles à bord à partir de 06:45. Séance Tai Chi sur le pont supérieur à 07:00 par un maître de Tai Chi. Vers 07:45, embarquement sur un petit bateau pour une promenade à pied et la baignade sur une plage pendant une heure. Retour à bord, check out avant le déjeuner léger « brunch ». Et puis, continuation de la croisière dans la baie d'Along au milieu d'innombrables îlots pour satisfaire les jeux et remplir votre album des photos de carte postale en s’allongeant sur le pont supérieur du bateau. Ce sont des moments forts des visiteurs. Vers 11h ou 11h30, débarquement et puis en route vers l’aéroport de Noi Bai en banlieue d’Hanoi à destination de Hue en visitant la pagode Con Son si le temps permet.

Jour 4. Visite de Hué (B, L)
Le matin, vous serez conviés à une balade à vélo jusqu'au pont couvert de Thanh Toan. Puis, retour au centre ville pour la visite de la Citadelle ave ses palais et multiples vestiges témoignent de la magnificence de la dynastie Nguyen.
Déjeuner. Promenade en bateau sur la rivière des Parfums jusqu’à la pagode Thien Mu (pagode de la Dame céleste), pagode royale avec la célèbre tour octogonale. L'après midi, continuation par la visite du tombeau royal du roi Tu Duc et de la pagode Tu Hieu et découverte du marché Dong Ba. La journée sera finie par un arrêt dans le village de fabrication du chapeau conique et de bâtons d'encens si le temps permet.

Jour 5. Hué- Da Nang – Hoi An (B, L) (3h30 de route)
En route pour Hoi An en passant le col des nuages. Arrivée à Hoi an vers midi. Déjeuner dans un restaurant local.
L'après midi, visite de cet ancien comptoir marchand classé au patrimoine mondial par l’UNESCO. 844 monuments historiques dont certains présentent des particularités architecturales uniques, belles maisons et pagodes anciennes en bois comme la pagode Phuc thanh, le pont couvert japonais (XVIe s.) l’ancienne maison Tan Ky (200ans), le temple Phuoc Kien…. Balade à travers le marché central, l’un des plus authentiques du pays. Déjeuner et puis le temps libre pour faire des achats. (En fin d’après- midi, promenade en bateau sur la rivière Thu Bon à travers l’estuaire qui s’ouvre sur la Mer d’Orient.

Jour 6. Hoi An - Village de Tra Que – Danang en vol pour Saigon (B, L)
La matinée est consacrée à une promenade à vélo jusqu’au village des légumes Tra Que (environ de 3 km au centre ville). Possibilité de participer aux activités quotidiennes des agriculteurs et préparer le déjeuner avec la dégustation de la fameuse spécialité du village, le 'Tam Huu' assortissement de crevettes, de porc et d'herbes aromatiques et 6 autres plats de spécialités de ce pays adorable dans le cadre enchanteur d’un village agricole typique et magnifique au centre du Vietnam. Après le déjeuner, transfert à l’aéroport pour le vol à destination de Saigon.

Jour 7. Saigon - Ben Tre – Saigon (B, L)
Matin, visite du quartier colonial de Saigon: la rue Dong Khoi, la Cathédrale de Notre Dame et la Poste Centrale avant le depart pour Ben Tre. Arrivée a Ben Tre, vous embarquerez à bord d’un petit bateau pour aller déjeuner, repas de spécialités du Mékong : poissons à oreilles d'éléphant, plats au lait de coco. Continuation de la visite avec la promenade en bateau à travers le delta du Mékong. Vous longerez de multiples «arroyos» qui encadrent des villages de pêcheurs, des petites fermes et des vergers de manguiers, pamplemoussiers, longaniers... Visite d'une exploitation de fruits tropicaux et de miel, dégustation de thé. Visite des vergers de longane du centre des fruits du delta.
Retour à Saigon dans le courant de l'après midi.

Jour 8. Saigon – Phan Thiet – Mui Ne (B)
Petit déjeuner à Saigon. Départ pour Mui Ne en passant par Phan Thiet.
Installation dans a chambre et après détente sur la plage.
Déjeuner et dîner libres et nuit à l’hôtel à Mui Ne.
Le cap de Mui Ne, un petit village de pêcheurs sans prétention, à 200km au Nord Est d’Ho Chi Minh, est connu pour son cadre naturel ravissant où les palmiers se balancent doucement sous la brise, tel apparaît la plage de Mui Né, située à 200 km de Saïgon (5h de route env.), la plage de Mui-Ne bordée de cocotiers étire son long ruban de sable fin à 10 km au nord de Phan Thiet. La côte dessine une vaste anse face aux eaux chaudes de la mer de Chine. Le rivage garde un aspect charmant avec ses villages paisibles, ses petits ports où dansent les bateaux et les célèbres dunes de sable de Mui Ne qui ferment l'horizon au nord, un décor naturel unique au Vietnam et joli but d'excursion.
Jour 9. Mui Ne (B)
Détente à Mui Ne ou activités personnelles.

Jour 10. Mui Ne- Saigon- Paris (5h de route) (B)

Pendant une semaine, le pays vit au ralenti (les musées, banques, bureaux sont fermés, les visites prévues au programme peuvent alors être modifiées et adaptées). En revanche, la période qui précède est particulièrement agréable car elle donne lieu à de nombreux préparatifs et décorations dans les rues.
Le choix de l’hébergement à certaines étapes est limité et le confort peut être simple.
Au nord du Vietnam, pendant les mois d’hiver, les températures peuvent être basses ; les hôtels n’ont pas systématiquement un chauffage.
L’hébergement à bord de la jonque est très simple. Prévoyez des vêtements chauds.
Les horaires du vol intérieur sont sujets à modification sans préavis, le programme est alors adapté selon la meilleure alternative possible.
En dépit de leur maîtrise de la langue française, les guides locaux peuvent avoir parfois un accent assez prononcé.
Pour l’extension au Cambodge : Les noms des temples mentionnés au programme sont donnés à titre indicatif et peuvent varier en fonction de l’affluence sur le site et des évènements locaux et religieux. Les temples se visitent bras, épaules et jambes couvertes.
